2 Night Minimum Stay

This Tanglewood villa entry on the ground floor and once inside the villa is all on one level. No stairs to climb once inside of this unit. Great South Forest Beach location. Close to beach, Coligny Plaza, Low Country Celebration Park, and the island walking and bike paths.

Each bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed. There is one full sized bath. This villa is a corner unit facing South Forest Beach Drive. Views of the pool can be enjoyed off of the outdoor deck and in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals with full sized appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

The pool area has layout chairs, seating tables and 2 BULL BBQs to cook out. There are beach/pool towels, a beach cart to help haul items to the beach, a sun umbrella, 4 beach chairs. The swimming pool is available during the season

There is 1 assigned parking space conveniently located in front of the villa and another as an unmarked guest parking space. Parking is free but requires parking passes to avoid being towed.

Bike and Walking paths are located right outside of the front of door. Beach and ocean is a quick stroll across the street and accessed within minutes. Wonderful location, enjoy being in the downtown Coligny Beach area. Availability to walk to so many amenities' ocean/beach, pool, Coligny Plaza, shopping, restaurants and bars and more.

This is a two-story building. Villa is on the first floor. Just a few stairs to enter the villa, but no stairs once inside of the unit.

Entire 2-bedroom villa space plus, deck overlooking the pool and the building amenities are included in this rental.
