The space

Hilton Head Cabanas is a landmark beach villa rental at the heart of all the excitement. Accessing the South Forest Beach walkway takes less than a minute, allowing you to walk or bike to the beach, ocean, Coligny Plaza, or Celebration Park easily. Public beach access is located directly across the street, making it easy to partake in the varied outdoor activities right outside your door!

This charming villa features a primary king suite equipped with a king bed, Smart Roku TV, and a separate workspace. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and also includes a Smart Roku TV. The dining area has a large table with seating for six, while the inviting gathering space features a couch with a queen-sized mattress, two seating chairs, and a Smart Roku TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, and an indoor washer and dryer.

The villa entry is conveniently located on the ground level with the bedrooms situated upstairs. Unique to this villa are the open, spacious garden views from the patio. Guests can access the community pool from the garden patio, which is designated for Cabana use only. The pool is open seasonally starting April 1st.

This corner end unit is ideally positioned within the complex for easy access to the beach, bike and walking paths, and the refreshing swimming pool.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom villa. A public beach walkway across the street from the villa makes it easy to reach the beach in under five minutes. Additionally, a community swimming pool and kiddie pool for villa guests can be accessed through the garden patio.

Walking and bike paths off South Forest Beach Drive are conveniently located just outside the unit. Coligny Beach and Plaza are just minutes away, offering shopping, grocery options, and a variety of dining experiences. This prime location allows guests to explore the ocean, beach, shopping, and the exciting Low Country Celebration Park all within walking distance.

Other things to note

The villa includes six beach/pool towels, four beach chairs, a beach sun umbrella, and a beach cart for your convenience during your stay. The Low Country Celebration Park features grassy areas, a children's pirate ship playground, and scenic walking paths to enjoy nature.

There is one designated parking space in front of the unit, as well as one additional guest space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is free - Lic#040556.
